Macworld’s Sept Issue Cover Shot Comes From an iPhone 4

July 31, 2010

The upcoming September issue of Macworld, which features an iPhone 4 on a table is pulled from an iPhone 4 itself. The photo was taken using the camera 5MR iPhone 4 and as we will see below the result is quite extraordinary. The photographer even chosen to prepare the photo on the iPhone using both programs-Photoforge and Resize-Photo-to remove a shadow and change the dpi of the image, respectively. Peter Belanger, the photographer chose to publish some details about the cover-making process and some behind-the-scenes photos:

“The iPhone’s Retina display was truly awesome. I was really able to see the detail in the photo as I was shooting. It made me wish Apple produced all their desktop monitors this way.” as told by the Photographer.
